Purchase one of our Black WIKS candles and refill from our four seasons range.

Once you have burnt your Wiks candle down to 0.5cm, follow our simple instructions, clean your vessel, insert your refill, light and enjoy!

Each set is packaged in our signature Wiks box, tissue and wood wool - all 100 % biodegradable

Just another way of recycling, repurposing and taking care of Papatuānuku.

We can send the giftboxes directly to the recipient, complete with personal message. Simply place your order, message us the details and we'll take care of the rest.

Shipping & Returns

Please allow 2 - 5 working days for your candles to be dispatched.

Standard shipping estimates within NZ are 5-7 working days from dispatch.

Our rates are based on the size and weights of your combined purchases and will be calculated at check out.

RETURNS

We do our best at Wiks Candles to ensure the product you order is the product you receive, but sometimes things happen beyond our control.

We will happily replace your products if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Candle Care

Each candle is handpoured with care by Wiks. We want to make sure you get the best out of your candle.

When burning your candle for the first time, ensure the wax melts to the edge of the vessel to prevent tunneling.

Trim your wick before you burn your candle to create a clean burn.

Do not burn lower than .5cm from the bottom.

Never leave unattended.

Now sit back, relax, light your candle and enjoy x
